Together we agree which opportunity to start with, then plan what to do, what it will cost and how long it should take. The plan fits your budget, the tools you already use and the way your team works.
Build and test
We build the solution and try it out on everyday tasks. Your team checks the results so we can make adjustments before you start using it.
Hand over and support adoption
We show your team how to use it, leave clear instructions and agree what ongoing help you need. You know who to contact if something needs fixing.

What does a typical project involve?
Four stages: we identify a useful opportunity, agree a plan with its cost and timing, build and test it on everyday tasks with your team, then hand it over with clear instructions and agreed ongoing support.
Which tools and systems do you work with?
We start with the tools you already use. Training can cover the AI built into Microsoft 365 Copilot, Google Gemini or ChatGPT. For automations, we confirm the integrations, permissions and subscription requirements of your software before agreeing a build.
